e777 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using e777 — whether through the website at e777.cx or through the e777 mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including visitors who browse without registering, registered members and active players placing bets or playing games.

These Terms and Conditions should be read together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and e777. Where these Terms and Conditions are silent on a matter, those documents will apply.

e777 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. 2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use e777, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be registering on your own behalf as an individual, not on behalf of a third party.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended account on e777.
• You must not be acting as an agent, proxy or representative for another person when using the platform.

e777 may require you to verify your identity at any time, including during the registration process or before processing withdrawals. Verification may involve submission of a government-issued ID or other documentation. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in suspension of your account or withholding of funds pending confirmation of identity.

Providing false information at registration — including false date of birth — is a serious breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure. Any balances in an account found to have been registered fraudulently may be forfeited.

3 Your Account

Each person may hold only one registered account on e777. Duplicate accounts — including accounts opened under different names or using different payment details — are not permitted. Where duplicate accounts are identified, e777 will close the additional accounts and may apply restrictions to the original account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person, and you must not allow any other person to access or use your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify e777 immediately.

e777 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials. Transactions carried out through your account before you notify e777 of unauthorised access will generally stand.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits and transactions on e777 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). e777 supports the following deposit methods for Pakistan players:

• JazzCash – mobile wallet deposits via the JazzCash network
• Easypaisa – mobile wallet deposits via the Easypaisa network
• Raast – instant bank-to-bank transfers via Pakistan's Raast system
• Bank Transfer – direct transfers from your Pakistan bank account
• Debit & Credit Cards – Visa and Mastercard issued by Pakistan banks
• Other Mobile Wallets – as made available on the platform from time to time

All funds deposited into your e777 account must be your own. You must not use funds that belong to another person, that have been obtained illegally, or that are subject to any dispute or claim. e777 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds at any time.

Deposit limits may apply depending on your account status and verification level. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the cashier at the time of transaction. e777 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits are generally credited to your account promptly following confirmation from the payment network. e777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times or network outages outside e777's control.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your deposit where possible.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal — see Section 8.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of the platform.
• e777 may request additional documentation before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests.

e777 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Actual processing times will vary depending on the payment channel selected and the verification status of your account. JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast withdrawals are generally processed faster than bank transfers.

Withdrawals are processed in PKR only. e777 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts not in your own name, or payment methods that were not used for a deposit on your account.

6 Betting Rules

e777 offers sports betting markets covering Cricket, PSL, Football, Esports and other events. The following rules apply to all bets placed on the platform:

• Bets are final once confirmed. Once you have confirmed a bet and received a bet reference, that bet cannot be cancelled or amended by you.
• Minimum and maximum stakes apply to all markets and are displayed before bet confirmation.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. e777 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time.
• Void bets: A bet may be voided if an event is cancelled, postponed beyond the period specified in the market rules, or if there has been a clear error in the odds offered.
• PSL and Cricket markets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant cricket board. Weather interruptions and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results are accepted as official.
• Esports markets are settled based on the official result from the tournament organiser.
• e777 reserves the right to limit stakes, restrict markets or close accounts where irregular betting patterns are identified.

Winnings from settled bets are credited to your account balance automatically. In cases where settlement is delayed due to a result query or integrity investigation, e777 will communicate this to affected users as soon as practicable.

Any attempt to exploit technical errors in odds, place bets after an event outcome is known (commonly referred to as "past posting"), or coordinate with others to manipulate markets will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of related winnings.

7 Casino & Games

e777 provides a range of gaming products including Live Casino, slots and table games in the Game Lobby, Fish Games and Bingo. The following terms apply to use of these products:

• All casino games and Fish Games use random number generation or live dealer feeds to determine outcomes. Results are independent of previous rounds.
• Game outcomes are final once a round is complete. Disconnections that occur mid-round may result in the round being completed automatically based on the game's rules.
• e777 is not responsible for losses arising from a player's own internet connection issues, device failures or power outages during a game session.
• Live Casino games are subject to real-time dealing and the decisions of the live dealer. Where a dispute arises, the video record of the session will be reviewed.
• Bingo games operate on scheduled draws. Tickets purchased for a draw are non-refundable once the draw has commenced.
• Fish Games are skill-based shooting games. Outcomes are determined by the game engine and are not influenced by the platform.

Minimum and maximum bet amounts for each game are displayed within the game interface. Playing limits may be adjusted for VIP players or during promotional periods as notified.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

e777 offers bonuses, free bets, deposit matches and other promotions to registered players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds and are separate from your real-money balance until wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be wagered before it converts to withdrawable funds. These requirements are stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unused bonus funds will be removed from your account automatically when the expiry period ends.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless e777 explicitly states otherwise.
• Creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and suspension of associated accounts.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on e777. Engaging in any of the below will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using another person's payment method or account details.

10 Suspension & Account Closure

e777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity fraud or use of stolen funds.
• Reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, market manipulation or collusion.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the account holder against e777.
• Requests for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any open bets may be settled normally or voided depending on the nature of the investigation. e777 will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the account holder once complete, subject to legal obligations.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting e777 support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard verification checks and minus any applicable pending wagering requirements on bonus funds.

11 Responsible Gaming

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. e777's total liability to you in connection with the platform, in any circumstances, will not exceed the total PKR amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14 Changes to These Terms

e777 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, e777 will notify registered users via a notice on the platform or by email to the address registered on your account. The updated terms will take effect from the date of publication on this page.
